I’m Erin and I have dedicated my life to support others to heal, feel deeply and live authentically.

I am so glad you are here.

A young woman with long blonde hair sitting indoors near a potted plant, wearing a rust-colored T-shirt and black pants, looking at the camera with a slight smile.
A woman dancing on a wooded trail with arms outstretched, wearing a white jacket, maroon top, black skirt with a slit, and black boots, near a river.

In my spare time you will find me window shopping, cafe hopping or by the water enjoying the sun.

My ‘Why’?

Life will always have its ups and downs—something none of us can change. What I deeply believe in is the strength of human connection and it’s power to heal and help us grow through the hard times. Being a long-term client myself, I have first hand experienced great benefit from the therapeutic space that was ultimately life changing. My work is deeply personal and a passion of mine that I feel honoured to be able to do.

Sydney born, I am curious, genuine, a lover of plants, learning and discovering new places through travel.

My Approach

I hold a safe and non-judgmental space and am known for being warm and empathetic. I feel it is truly a privilege to be trusted with someone’s thoughts, feelings and challenges. I hold that responsibility with great care.

I understand the uncertainties and worries that come along when connecting with a therapist for the first time.  I will honour the time and pace you need.

I have a strong belief in the wisdom of the body and people’s innate ability to heal and feel fully. I am passionate about empowering people to connect with their inner strengths and resources. I will not give you another unhelpful opinion, we will together discover the right path for you.

I use a person-centred approach that is trauma-informed and attachment focused. I also draw upon elements of interpersonal neurobiology and somatic based therapies.
