Feeling curious and have a few questions?

When we meet, I’ll welcome you into the space. At your own pace, you can begin to share what has brought you to therapy, including any history that feels important, and what you might be hoping to gain from our work together. If you’re not sure how to answer those questions right away, that’s completely okay we can explore and figure this out together over the first few sessions.
A key focus in our early work will be building a sense of safety and trust in the space.
I’ll also make time to answer any questions and invite feedback you may have about the therapy process.

This is to allow us to build a strong foundation of safety and get a flow going. As time goes on, we can discuss going to fortnightly sessions if needed.
